摘　　要：老年问题是关系国计民生和国家长治久安的重大战略社会问题,现代老年社会保障体系的建立和完善,是满足老年人生存需要的经济社会基础。人口老龄化对我国老年社会保障提出了挑战,为提高城乡老年人的生活水平和生活质量,必须完善养老保险、医疗保险、社会救助等社会保障体系。The problem of aging is concerned with elderly people＇s livelihood and national long-term stability of the major strategic social issues,the modern old-age social security system.The establishment and improvement of guarantee system in contemporary aging society is to meet the needs of older persons in economic and social basis.The aging of the population of China＇s old-age social security has posed a challenge to improve the living standards of older persons in urban and rural areas and the quality of life,we must improve the old-age insurance,medical insurance,social assistance and other social security system.
