摘 要:利用波长为532nm的Nd:YAG倍频激光对白菜种子胚进行辐照处理,发现2~20mW/mm2功率密度激光,辐照1~5min均会对白菜种子的发芽率、白菜幼苗的功能叶片面积及叶绿素含量、白菜幼苗的游离氨基酸含量产生影响.激光辐照可影响白菜种子萌发和幼苗的生长发育.其中,14mW/mm2激光辐照1min(辐照剂量为2.8J)的处理效果最佳,种子发芽率、功能叶片面积和叶绿素含量增加幅度分别为17.0%,13.3%,10.5%.激光对游离氨基酸的影响表现为剂量效应,0.4~2.8J激光辐照干扰了白菜机体的正常代谢,3.6~20J的辐照可使机体代谢遭到破坏;激光辐照导致叶绿素生物合成过程中酶的活性发生变化可能是叶绿素含量增加的主要因素.This work observed that the pullulation of the cabbage seed,the functional area and the chlorophyll content of the laminae,and the content of dissociative amino acids on brassica tapa pekinensis have been changed apparently after the cabbage seed were irradiated by the doubled 532 nm Nd:YAG laser with the power density ranging from 2 to 20 mW/mm2 and the irradiative time being 1 to 5 min.The results indicated that the laser irradiation affected the pullulation and growth of cabbage seed.Thereinto,the optimal effect was observed with the laser power being 14 mW/mm2 and the irradiation time being 1 min.In this condition,the cabbage seed pullulation ratio,the laminae functional area and the contents of chlorophyll have been increased with 17.0%,13.3% and 10.5% respectively.The effect of laser irradiation group on the content of dissociative amino acids present a dosage effect,which shows that the metabolism of brassica tapa pekinensis has been disturbed when the power density is 0.4~2.8 J and destroyed when the power density is 3.6~20 J.The changement of the activity of enzyme during the process of chlorophyll biosynthesis resulted from the laser irradiation may be the main reason for the increase of chlorophyll.
