欧美杨抗光肩星天牛品种选育

摘　　要：以抗光肩星天牛的南抗杨2号为母本,以抗逆性较强的赤峰美黑为父本进行杂交,选育欧美杨抗光肩星天牛品种。通过封闭环境下的抗虫试验和总酚类物质的含量测定,从实践和理论两方面综合选育了一批对光肩星天牛抗性较强的品种,即K 6,K 8,K 10,K 13。它们在抗虫性状上优势突出,抗侵染能力比群众杨提高6.3倍以上,且K 6,K 8,K 13的材性优于群众杨。Using Nankang poplar 2 resistant to Anoplophora glabripennis as mother parent, Chifengmeihei as father parent, hybrid breeding resistant to Anoplophora glabripennis was conducted. By the test of resistant pests in a close situation and the amount of total phenols content in poplar tree, cultivars resistant to Anoplophora glabripennis were selected. New cultivars K6, K8, K10, K13 are more resistant to the pest, attacked trees rate decreased 6. 3 times than Qunzhong poplar. And K6, KS, K13 cultivars have more advantages for timber than Qunzhong poplar.
