摘　　要：侵犯农民工劳动报酬的事件时常见诸报端,政府部门也出台了相应的规定,但总没有解决实质问题,甚至有人发出了劳动行政部门存在意义的拷问。如何维护农民工的权益就成了我们必须解决的课题。The event that labor remuneration of mi-grant workers has been violated often hits the newspapers,some departments have also introduced some provisions to deal with this issues,but it＇s not effective,Some people even suspect the function of labor adminis-trative department. How to protect migrant workers＇ interests become the issues that we must settle.
