摘　　要：中外合作办学语言教学的质量直接影响到办学质量和发展,文章结合办学实践和教学经历,对合作办学语言教学的特点和现状进行了分析研究,指出合作办学应采取基础与强化相结合的课程模式,融合国内外优秀教材,合理配置师资,转变能力培养模式,积极创新外语教学的方法,以保证事半功倍的教学效果。The efficiency of English teaching has been proved to exert direct influences on the quality of the Sino-foreign joint program and its development. On the basis of the practical experiences, the paper analyzes the features and current status of language teaching of joint programs. Then it points out the following suggestions to ensure effective teaching： focusing on both foundation and enhancement in curriculum setting, combining overseas and domestic textbooks together, distributing teaching staff according to their advantages and adopting student-centered teaching method.
