摘　　要：主要研究在机器人开发平台上搭建模拟加工中心,按设计要求进行模拟运行。进行整体结构设计,并应用Pro/E进行三维建模、装配以及运动动画设计。对其控制部分进行简单的分析,如控制系统、驱动装置等的选择,最后在机器人创新应用开发平台上搭建出模拟加工中心,并进行调试、运行。按要求完成运动仿真,增强设计的实际效果。通过整个设计过程,全面系统的了解加工中心的各组成部分及其工作原理,并做出相应的改造或论证。The main research topics in robotics development platform to build simulation of machining centers,according to design requirements to run simulations. An overall structural design is made and three-dimensional modeling,assembly and movement animation are made by Pro/E. Of its control section a simple analysis,such as control systems,drives and choice,in the end robotics development platform to build innovative applications,a simulation of machining centers,and conduct commissioning and operation. It enhances the practical results of design by motion simulation. Through the entire design process,the various components of the machining center and its working principle are understood comprehensively and systematically,and the corresponding modification or argument is made.
