高校会计专业实训教学中的问题及对策——以江西省部分高校为例

摘　　要：会计课程是一门实践性很强的应用型学科。当前,高校会计专业实训教学中还存在着许多问题,诸如实训教学条件落后、双师型教师比重不大、会计实训材料缺乏等等。为了进一步提高会计专业学生的实践能力,高校必须加大实训基地的建设和投入,加强师资队伍建设,提高教师实践经验和实际操作水平以及学生的单项训练能力和综合实践能力。同时,高校要合理安排会计模拟实习时间的学时,改进实训教学的组织形式,以完善模拟实训的考核办法。Accounting course is a highly practical application-oriented subject. At present, there exist many problems in the practical-training teaching of accounting major in universities,such as the poor conditions of practical-training teaching,the smaller proportion of double-qualified teachers and the lack of practical-teaching materials, etc.. In order to further improve the practical ability of accounting majors, universities must increase the construction and investment in the training base, strengthen the construction of the ranks of teachers, enhance the practical experience and practical level of teachers and improve the students. Meanwhile,universities should make reaso specific training capacity of and comprehensive practical abilities of nable arrangements of the periods in the simulated-practice time of accounting course and improve the organizational form methods of practical training of simulation. of practical-training teaching so as to perfect the assessment
