摘　　要：公共实训基地是人力资源和社会保障部门提高职业培训和技能人才培养水平的重要平台。分析了公共实训基地建设的必要性,建设公共实训基地的目标定位和特色,创新管理体制与机制,最后对公共实训基地资金筹措的途径进行了讨论。Public training base is an important platform to improve vocational training and skill level of personnel training for human resources and social security departments. This paper analyses the necessary of public training base, the target location and features of construction of public training base, innovation of management system and mechanism, and finally discusses means of the financing of public training base.
