摘 要:目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸、血清叶酸与首发精神分裂症的关系。方法应用对照研究的方法测定42例首发精神分裂症患者及30名健康对照者血浆同型半胱氨酸和血清叶酸水平。精神分裂症患者又根据阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)分为阳性亚型及阴性亚型。结果精神分裂症组血浆同型半胱氨酸显著高于正常对照组(P<0.001);血清叶酸水平与正常对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。精神分裂症阳性亚型与阴性亚型之间血浆同型半胱氨酸水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。32例精神分裂症患者服用叶酸补充剂8周后,血浆同型半胱氨酸与血清叶酸水平与治疗前无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者存在血浆同型半胱氨酸紊乱,但似与血清叶酸无关。Objective To study the relationship between plasma homocysteine (Hcy), serum folate and first-episode schizophrenic patients. Methods Fourty-two first-episode schizophrenic patients and 30 healthy volumteers were studied. First-episode schizophrenic patients were further divided in to two groups,the positive subgroup and the negative subgroup, based on the PANSS scoring. Plasma Hcy and serum folate was measured. Results There was a signifignant difference in plasma Hcy between the first- episode schizophrenic patients and the healthy controls (P 〈 0. 001 ) . No significant difference in serum folate was found between the first-episode schizophrenic patients and the healthy controls (P 〉 0. 05 ). No significant difference in plasma Hcy was found between the positive and negative changes subgroups. No significant in plasma Hcy and serum folate were found in the patients with schizophrenia after 8 weeks folate supplement in the 32 patients with schizophrenia. Conclusion Evidence is presented suggesting that plasma Hcy is disturbed in patients with first-episode schizophrenia indepently of serum folate.
