共青团组织在加强大学生创新教育中的作用

摘　　要：共青团组织加强对大学生的创新教育,有利于营造校园创新环境,培养大学生创新意识和团结协作精神。当前要加大宣传力度,加强创新团队建设,以基层团支部为依托,建立科学的组织管理体系,注重实践育人,并设立创新基金,建立激励评价机制,以激发大学生的创新热情,提高其创新能力。The organization of the Communist Youth League,in strengthening students＇ creational education,can help form creational environment on campus,cultivate their creational sense and cooperative spirit.We should give further publicity to it,strengthen the establishment of team,based on the elementary branch,build scientific organizational management system,attach importance to educate students,set up funds for creation,establish incentive evaluation mechanism to stimulate their creational enthusiasm and promote their creational ability.
