科学发展观视野下的幼儿园等级评定制度——来自浙江的经验

摘　　要：在科学发展观的指导下，浙江省打破了原有的示范性幼儿园评估制度框架，实行全省统一的幼儿园等级评定制度。根据基于现实、引领未来，分类指导、增强适应性，硬件从实、软件从严等原则，构建了多层级的等级评定指标体系。依据分级管理、分层负责的原则实行分权评定。为此，省级教育部门提供多项配套措施予以支持。目前，该制度的实施已初步取得良好效果。Under the guidance of scientific concept of development, Zhejiang province has broken the former model kindergarten evaluating system and implanted a uniform quality rating system for kindergartens. Based on reality-oriented and future-directing principle, and emphasizing classified instruction, practical assessment of hardware and strict assessment of software, a multi-level rating system for kindergartens has been constructed. In this system, assessment is carried out according to the principle of specified management and responsibility and meanwhile corresponding measures are offered to support it. The system proves to be effective so far.
