缺氧诱导因子-la和整合素连接激酶在外阴鳞状细胞癌中的表达与临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨缺氧诱导因子-la(HIF-la)与整合素连接激酶(ILK)在外阴鳞状细胞癌(VSCC)中的表达及其相互关系。方法用免疫组化SP法检查43例VSCC中HIF-la、ILK蛋白表达。结果VSCC中HIF-la与ILK阳性表达率分别为72.09%(31/43),76.74%(33/43),均明显高于外阴正常表皮(P<0.01)。随着病理分级、临床分期的增加及淋巴结转移的发生,HIF-la与ILK阳性表达率也随之增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HIF-1a与ILK表达呈正相关(rS=0.866,P<0.01)。结论HIF-la、ILK是反映VSCC浸润转移等生物学行为的重要指标,HIF-la诱导ILK表达,可能参与VSCC的进展。Objective To explore the expression of HIF-la and ILK in VSCC and the irre lation ship.Methods The expression of the HIF-la and ILK were detected by immunochemistry in the tissue samples of 10 cases of normal vulvas ansd 43 cases of VSCC.Results The positive rates of HIF-la and ILK protein in the VSCC were 72.09（31/43） and 76.74%（33/43） respectively,with signifi cant difference from the control group（P0.01）.With the increase of pathological grades,clinical stages and the occurrence of lymphode metastasis,the positive expression rates of HIF-la and ILK prostein in the VSCC raised（P0.05）.There was a positive correlation between HIF-la and ILK（rS=0.866,P0.01）.Conclusin HIF-la may play an important role in angiogenesis and tumor progression by regulating the expressin of ILK in VSCC.
