实验性双眼视力降低对立体视检查的影响

摘　　要：目的检测实验性双眼视力下降对于立体视检查的影响。方法选择视力及立体视水平正常者15例,用双眼前加正球镜的方法改变其视力,以计算机随机点立体视检查软件检测850mm时视力为1.0,0.6,0.4,0.2时的立体视锐度。结果随着视力的下降,立体视锐度阈值明显增加。视力在1.0,0.6,0.4,0.2时的平均立体视锐度,分别为60″±0″,128″±31″,240″±68″,548″±78″(rad)。结论随着实验性的单纯近视视力的减低,立体视锐度阈值增加;随机点立体视觉并不是建立在看清每个随机点的基础上,其具体机制尚待研究。Objective To find out the influence of experimental visual acuity descent on stereopsis acuities. Methods 15 persons with normal visual and stereopsis acuities were chosen,the lens were put in front of both eyes to induce simple myopia. The stereopsis acuities of eyes were detected by instruments of display stereogram when the visual acuities were 1.0,0.6,0.4,0.2 and the distance was 850mm. Results The values of stereopsis acuities were 60″±0″,128″±31″,240″±68″,548″±78″ （rad） when the visual acuities were 1.0,0.6,0.4,0.2. Conclusion With the visual acuity descent,value of stereopsis acuities increased;random-dot stereoscopic vision was not generated of the base of finding out evey dot,and the mechanism was not known.
