超声根管治疗术对约诊间痛的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨超声根管预备与根管治疗术后约诊间痛的关系。方法对门诊日志记载连续完整的根管治疗术中约诊间痛的病例进行分析,比较超声法根管预备与手扩法根管预备后约诊间痛的发生情况。结果超声法根管预备约诊间痛的发生率为6.54%;手扩法根管预备约诊间痛的发生率为14.95%,手扩组约诊间痛的发生率明显高于超声组。结论超声根管预备能减少根管治疗术后约诊间痛的发生。Objective To investigate the relation between hyperacoustic root canal prearation and inter-appoinment pain.Methods Analysis was conducted on the patients recieiving root canal therapy and having complete record at out-patient clinic,to make comparison the incidence of inter-appointment pain from different means of root canal therapy.Results the incidence of inter-appoinment pain with hyperacoustic root canal therapy was 6.54%;the incidence of inter-appoinment pain with handed root canal therapy was 14.95%.the incidence of inter-appoinment pain with handed root canal therapy was significantly higher than that with hyperacoustic root canal therapy.Conclusion Hyperacoustic root canal prearation could decreases the incidence of inter-appoinment pain.
