60例吸毒者的脑电地形图异常改变与分析

摘　　要：目的分析60例吸毒者脑电地形图,观察大脑功能损害程度。方法60例被检者均采用DYD-510型16导脑电地形图描记,按国际10～20系统电极安置法,采录时间300s,标准电压:5.0mm=50μV。结果60例受检者中,正常18例,占30%;异常42例,占70%。结论60例吸毒者中,有42例出现不同程度脑电地形图异常改变。分析所见:毒品剂量过大,吸食时间过长,均可导致大脑功能损害。主要是通过血脑屏障引起脑细胞功能障碍。Objective To analyze for sixty example drug addict,on our hospital electroencephalogram. Methods Whole people of check up use DYD-510 type 16 conductor electroencephalogram. Deseribe：according to international 10~20 system electrode arrange for time of collect and record 300 s standard voltage 5.0 mm=50 μV. Results Sixty example people of check up,normal eighteen example make up 30%,nonormal forty-two make up 70%. Conclusion Sixty example drug addict might have forty-two example appear nonormal change of electroencephalogram to varying degrees. Analyse all that one saw：narcotis exceed big dosage,abuse time exceed long,could cause harm of brain function. Main make function normal of brain cell.
