摘　　要：湿浊体质包括痰湿与湿热体质两种,其形成与先天禀赋、后天失调、以及激素过用等有关。湿浊易阻滞气机,影响相关脏腑组织功能,出现咳嗽、气喘、痰多、头晕、胸闷胁胀、脘痞、呕吐等病症。通过调节肺脾肾三脏进行治疗,常有良效。Dampness constitution includes phlegm - dampness and damp - heat, the causes of which are related to poor prenatal constitution, postnatal disorder, and abuse of hormone. Dampness is likely to obstruct Qi movement and affect physiological function of related organs, thus causing such symptoms as cough, wheezing, expectoration of sputum, dizziness, distention of chest and hypochondrium, epigastric fullness, and vomiting. It＇s effective to treat lungs, spleen and kidneys.
