制碱废清液兑卤后卤水析盐规律的研究(Ⅰ)——中度卤水

摘  要:氨碱法制碱厂排出的废清液含有大量的氯化钠及氯化钙,用此废清液与盐场制盐卤水掺兑可以除去卤水中的硫酸根,同时增加了卤水中氯化钠的含量。选用盐场中度卤水按硫酸根与钙离子1∶1摩尔比进行掺兑,研究兑卤后卤水蒸发浓缩过程的盐类析出规律,为废清液兑卤产盐提供了基础性数据。The abandoned clear liquid from sode-making factory using solvay method contains a great quantity of sodium chloride and calcium chloride.Mixing this liquid with original brine from salt-making field can not only remove sulphate redical,but also increase sodium chloride in the brine.Through mixing medial concentration brine with the liquid at the mole ratio 1:1 (sulphate radical versus calcium ion),the paper has investigated the law of salt crystallization from the brine in the process of evaporation.It has applied elementary data for making salt from the brine after mixing the abandoned clear liquid with original brine.
