半夏厚朴汤加味对慢性强迫游泳模型小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：[目的]采用动物实验的方法研究半夏厚朴汤加味对慢性强迫游泳模型小鼠治疗中对免疫功能的调节作用。[方法]实验分为空白组、模型组、中药组、西药组,连续7天强迫游泳造模后测定血清中抗体(溶血素)含量及脾淋巴细胞增殖率。[结果]与模型组相比,其它3组小鼠血清中抗体(溶血素)的含量及脾淋巴细胞增殖率均大于模型组,并有明显的差异(P<0.05)。[结论]半夏厚朴汤加味能够促进模型小鼠血清中抗体的产生及脾淋巴细胞的增殖。[ Objective] To study the adjusting action of modified Banxia Houpu decoction on the immunity function of model little mice forced to swim chronically in the treatment course by animal experiment. [ Method]The mice were forced to swim for 7days divided into blank group, model group, traditional chinese medi- cine group and western medicine group. Then we measured the serum antibody （hemolysin） content and splen- ic lymphopoiesis rate of mice. [ Result] Compared with the model group, the serum antibody and splentic lym- phoiesis rate of other three groups mice were higher and had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Modified Banxia Houpu decoction can promote the production of serum antibody and the spleen lymphocyte proliferation of the mice.
