综合康复治疗脑卒中尿失禁的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究综合康复治疗脑卒中尿失禁的疗效。方法:随即选择60例脑卒中患者,分为综合康复组(30例)和对照组(30例)。综合康复组采用综合康复治疗。对照组仅采用电针治疗。治疗后分别评价患者的疗效,及患者膀胱最大容量的变化。结果:综合康复组愈显率83.3%,对照组尿失禁愈显率50%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05).综合康复组治疗后膀胱最大容量较对照组疗后有显著性差异(P<0.05)较综合康复组疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复治疗脑卒中尿失禁的疗效显著。Objective：To discuss treatment therapy of inconvenience after stroke by comprehensive rehabilitation.Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,comprehensive rehabilitation group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases）.Patients in comprehensive rehabilitation were given comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,while those in control group were only treated by electro-acupuncture.Treatment outcome and the full volume of bladder were assessed after treatment.Results：The effect rate was 83.33% in comprehensive rehabilitation group,that was 50.00% in electro-acupuncture group,there was obvious difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The full volume of bladder two groups before and after treatment with dramatic difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：curative effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of urinary incontinence was remarkable.and it was superior to the electro-acupuncture.
