小波图像压缩编码中小波基的选择技术研究

摘　　要：小波变换用于图像压缩时,小波基的一些性质对编码的效果有很大影响。分析了小波基的特性对图像编码的影响,提出了一种新的选择适合图像编码应用的双正交小波基的方法。研究了小波基评价标准,并通过实验,对图像压缩中小波基的选择问题作了探讨。Some of the properties of the wavelet bases affect the quality of the image coding when wavelet transform is applied to image compression. The impact which the characteristics of wavelet bases function result in the image coding is analyzed and a new method for selecting biorthogonal wavelet bases for image coding is proposed. The evaluation criteria of wavelet bases and the choice of wavelet bases in wavelet image compression coding are studied through experimentation.
