摘　　要：介绍了岗位分析原理在医院管理中的应用研究进展,具体阐述了岗位分析的概念、研究内容、方法、步骤、目的以及在医院开展岗位分析的作用,科主任、护士长岗位分析研究现状,目前医院岗位分析存在的问题。It introduced the research progress on application of post analysis principle in hospital management. It expounded the concept of post analysis, research content, method, procedure and target of post analysis. And it expounded the effect of developing post analysis in hospital. It introduced post analysis research status of director of department and head nurses, and problems existed in hospital post analysis at present.
