办学特色、地方经济与期货学教学

摘　　要：始于2008年的金融危机不仅没有对属于衍生金融领域的中国期货市场带来显著的冲击,反到在2009年全面唤醒了国内现货产业的风险管理意识,掀起了期货市场空前高涨的扩容要求,2010年股指期货推出进程的加速更是为中国期货市场注入了新的活力元素和增长极。在不期而遇的历史机遇面前,中国期货人才在数量、结构和素质三个层次上的全面匮乏却凸显为期货市场扩张的首要矛盾。在这一背景下,中国期货业协会开行业之先河,在京举办了"全国高校期货教学与人才培养研讨会",围绕期货"产学研"结合经验和期货教学经验交流两大主题,齐聚全国50余所高校近百名学者和期货业界数十位高管,共同研讨期货业后备人才培养大计,以期推动以往期货市场以产带学的被动发展格局向以学促产的主动发展模式过渡。大会总结并推广了期货领域"产学研"结合方面学历教育(光大期货-天津商业大学模式)、后续教育(长城伟业期货-北京大学模式)、课题研究(南华期货-浙江工商大学模式)、共建基地(珠江、广发期货-华南师范大学模式)等四大成功模式,集中反映当前期货业与高校之间交流合作的最新建设成就,为以期货业协会为龙头打造适应中国期货业蓬勃发展势头的"官产学研"互动提升机制奠定了基础,明确了方向。The financial crisis in 2008 didn't bring about significant shock to China's futures market falling within the financial derivative area;instead,it aroused the consciousness of risk management in domestic spot industry and resulted in the unprecedented upsurging request for the expansion of the futures market.In 2010,the introduction of stock index futures will further inject new vigor into the China's futures market.In the presence of the historic opportunity,the overall scarcity of talents in futures field in the aspects of quantity,structure and quality,however,has become a prominent problem concerning the expansion of the futures market Against this background,CFA(China Futures Association)took the lead in holding a 'A Seminar of Futures Teaching and Talents Cultivating',which centered on the experience of 'IAR'(Industry-Academy-Research) in futures practitioners and futures teaching in universities.About one hundred scholars from more than 50 universities and tens of senior managers in futures field gathered to discuss the cultivating plan for the reserve talents in futures field,which is expected to make a transition from a past passive development pattern,stimulating academy with industry,to an active one,promoting industry with academic study in futures market. The seminar summarized and spread four successful 'IAR' modes in futures field: academic credential education(Everbright Futures with Tianjing University of Commerce),continual education(Great Wall Futures with Peking University),project research(Nanhua Futures with Zhejian Gongsong University) and co-building base(GF Futures with South China Normal University).These reflect the latest achievements of the communication and cooperation between futures field and universities.They also lay the foundation and specify the direction in China's futures field led by CFA for the GIAR interactive mechanism suitable to the flourishing development momentum
