摘　　要：从ERP和电子商务的发展历程出发,分析两者集成的重要性和集成所面临的问题,提出"战略统一、业务优化、应用集成、数据同步"的16字集成原则,最后给出一个制造业电子商务与ERP集成的完整、可行的解决方案。Studies the history of ERP and e-commerce, analysie the importance of integration and possible facing problems, and then presents the principle of integration, which is＂ unified strategy, business optimization, application integration and data synchronization＂. Finally, a complete and feasible solution is given for manufacturing e-commerce and ERP integration.
