摘  要:高速越野叉车是具有高速性和越野性的特种叉车,适用于大范围、长距离的野外作业,同时也能跟随运输队高速行进。通过对叉车几种基本传动方式的比较,得出闭式静液压驱动的优越性,并设计了高速越野叉车的闭式静液压驱动系统;针对高速时静液压驱动的常见问题,提出相应的解决方案,并以某研究所新研发的高速越野叉车的主要技术参数为依据,进行液压传动系统的匹配计算,其结论对设计叉车静液压驱动系统具有一定的参考价值。High-speed off road forklift is a special forklift having both high speed and cross-country performance, which is suitable for large rang and long distance wild field work, and can follow the transportation team in a high speed. By comparing several bas- ic transmission modes of forklift, the advantages of closed hydrostatic transmission were concluded, and the scheme of closed hy- drostatic drive system of high-speed off road forklift was determined ; aiming at existing problems of high-speed hydrostatic drive system, related solutions were given and matching calculation of the hydraulic transmission system was performed, according to the main design parameters of a new special high-speed off road forklift designed by a certain research institute, providing theoretical basis for application research of hydrostatic drive system in high-speed off road forklift.
