摘 要:目的:分析3种桂花叶脂肪酸成分。方法:用索氏提取法提取,甲酯化处理后采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术首次对3种桂花(Osmanthus fragransLour.)叶脂肪酸成分进行分析。结果:从贵妃红、晚银桂和窈窕淑女叶中分离鉴定出27个化合物,其中贵妃红主要成分是(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-亚麻酸(31.13%)、14-甲基-十五烷酸(12.69%)和(3β,5α,24S)-豆甾-7-烯-3-醇(10.35%);晚银桂和窈窕淑女主要成分是(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-亚麻酸(32.17%,32.35%)、14-甲基-十五烷酸(13.80%,13.03%)和9,12-亚油酸(5.56%,5.68%)。结论:首次分析了3种桂花叶的脂肪酸成分。Objective: To investigate the fatty acids in three species leaves of Osmanthus fragrans Lour.Methods: The fatty acid components in 3 different leaves of O.fragrans Lour.were extracted by Soxet extraction,and then were methanolyzed and analyzed by GC-MS for the first time.Results: 27 components were identified and determined from leaves of O.fragrans(Guifeihong),O.fragrans(Wanyingui) and O.fragrans(Yaotiaoshunv).The main components of O.fragrans(Guifeihong) were(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-Octadecatrienoic acid(31.13%),14-methyl-pentadecanoic acid methyl ester(12.69%),(3β,5α,24S)-Stigmast-7-en-3-ol(10.35%).The main components of O.fragrans(Wanyingui) and O.fragrans(Yaotiaoshunv) were(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-Octadecatrienoic acid(32.17%,32.35%),14-methyl-pentadecanoic acid methyl ester(13.80%,13.03%),9,12-Octadecadienoic acid methyl ester(5.56%,5.68%).Conclusion: The fatty acid components were investigated for the first time from the leaves of O.fragrans Lour.
