摘 要:目的:测量脑转移瘤患者放射治疗前后MRS各代谢物浓度,分析各代谢物浓度的变化与体积变化的相关性。方法:收集接受头部颅脑X-刀联合全脑照射治疗的肺癌脑转移患者33例,均经病理证实,其中,因中途患者死亡及不配合的患者有12例。纳入本组患者共21例,鳞癌6例,腺癌10例,小细胞癌5例。单发11例,多发10例,共计42个病灶。利用3DSPGR序列测量肿瘤体积。结果:与体积变化有相关性的指标(P<0.05)有Cho、Cho/Cr、Cho/nCho,各指标与体积之间存在显著的正相关关系,以Cho与体积变化的相关性最显著,呈非线性相关。结论:放疗后肿瘤内Cho值是反映肿瘤代谢的重要指标,它的变化与肿瘤体积间存在内在联系。Objective:To measure the metabolite value and the index value in patients with brain metastases before and after radiotherapy by using MRS,analyze the relevance between the values and the volume of the tumor tissue.Methods:Thirty-three patients with brain metastasis from pathologic confirmed lung cancer were treated by LINAC radiosurgery in combination with WBRT.21 cases were included in this group.All cases were underwent examination of MRS before treatment,1 day,1 week,1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment.The comparison of the examined values of MRS between the two groups and analysis the relevance between the tumor volume and the values was undertaken.Results:Cho、Cho/Cr、Cho/n Cho had significant the positive relevance between the values and the volume of the tumor tissue(P〈0.05).Conclusions:Cho was the most important index that could respond the metabolism of tumor.The variation of Cho had inherent relationship with volumes of tumors.
