彩色套印偏差检测中的图像处理技术研究

摘　　要：提出了应用图像处理方法检测彩色套印偏差。在HSI色彩空间,通过H和I分量标定照明强度,保证获得高质量图像;应用二次标定技术确定系统比例;提出面积滤波法滤除印刷污点噪声和保持色调不变的图像增强处理。然后将彩色图像单值化利用Canny算子检测边缘、计算像素梯度方向,根据梯度方向划分边缘点集合,对不同方向边缘点集合进行迭代最小二乘法直线拟和,获得直线边缘准确位置,并以黑色为基准计算各颜色的偏移量。实验验证了该研究对套色偏差检测是实用且有效的。A new technique based on image processing for printing registration deviation detection is proposed.In HSI color space,the intensity of light is calibrated by Hue and Intensity to get clear image,and the system scale is fixed by secondary camera calibration;the area filter is applied to reduct the spot noise and the Hue will keep invarian for image enhancemen.The color image is transferred for single value to detect edge by Canny,and get the gradient direction,sort the edge use of it;the iterative linear least squares fiting technique is applied to find the correct position of the line edge in different direction sets,then calculatiing the very color deviation based on black.The experimental result indicates that it is available solution.
