摘　　要：在金融危机日益严重、全球经济持续下滑的大环境下,我国的高等教育也受到了严厉冲击,"大学生就业难,女大学生就业难上加难"的呼声日益高涨。日趋严重的就业形势,令不少女大学生尝尽了求职之苦,甚至因此轻生。本文拟对当前女大学生就业的若干心理因素进行分析,旨在探索减轻女大学生就业之痛的思想途径。In the financial crisis, worsening global economic environment continues to decline, China＇s higher education has also been severely hit, ＂university student employment is difficult, difficult employment of female graduates,＂ growing louder and louder, increasingly serious employment situation, so that girl students do not suffer long suffered from a job, or even commit suicide. This paper on the current employment of female graduates of a number of psychological factors analysis, to explore the employment of female graduates to alleviate the pain of thinking of ways.
