瞬目反射与面神经电图在Bell’s麻痹预后判断中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨瞬目反射（BR））与面神经电图（ENG）在Bell’s麻痹预后判断中的价值。方法对256例Bell’s麻痹患者行BR和ENG检查，并对32例BR缺如、5例病初M波未引出者3个月后随访。结果BR阳性率为100％，ENG阳性率63．8％（P〈0．01）。结论BR与ENG均能反映面神经损害的严重程度、部位及预后，BR在早期诊断中更敏感，两者结合临床价值更大。Objective To study the Significance of blink reflex （ BR ） and facial electroneurogam （ENG） in Evaluating the Prognosis with Bell＇ s paralysis. Methods 256 patients with Bell＇ s paralysis have been examined by using BR and ENG. Results The positive rate of BR was 100%, while that of ENG was 63.8% （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Both BR and ENG can reflx the degrees, location and prognosis of facial nerves damage. BR is more sensitive in early diagnosis of Bell＇s paralysis than ENG,while their combination is more valuable than when only one is used.
