摘　　要：教学管理作为高校管理的基本活动和中心环节,在高校管理中占有重要地位。当今的时代背景要求高校培养的人才必须满足信息化与全球化的需要。高校教学管理改革应该从观念入手,根据教学管理的一般规律确立高校教学管理的基本原则,并指出新时期高校教学管理方法改革的方向。Teaching management plays an important role as the basic activities and the key link in the management of colleges and universities.Today it requires that the college-trained people must meet demands in the background of information technology and globalization.The author proposed that the management of higher education reform start from the concept,teaching management in accordance with the general rules of colleges and universities to establish the basic principles of teaching management and pointed out the direction of reform in the new period.
