摘　　要：通过对城市规划专业毕业生就业去向的调查,分析了毕业生主要就业去向包括规划设计、规划管理等部门,论述了8个主要的应用型人才培养方向,并提出了相应的知识结构与能力要求及人才培养方法,研究结果可以为应用型人才培养方案制定及毕业生的培养规格定位提供依据和参考。In this paper, through investigating the employment of graduates of the urban planning, the authors analyze the main employment destination of urban planning students, including planning and design and planning management department, discuss eight major urban planning applicatiop-oriented directions for personnel training, and put forward the corresponding knowledge structure, capacity requirements and personnel training methods. The results can be applied to the development of the application-oriented personnel training program and graduate train- ing specification location of urban planning higher education.
