马铃薯微型薯形成的动力学研究

摘  要:研究了麦芽糖、蔗糖和乳糖等不同碳源和KNO3,(NH4)2SO4和谷氨酰胺等不同氮源对3个马铃薯品种虎头(H)、克4(K)和Favorita(F)的微型薯形成的影响及培养液中蔗糖浓度和电导率等生长参数的动力学变化。结果表明:不同碳源中,以麦芽糖为碳源时微型薯的诱导频率和每个芽上的平均微型薯数较高,3个品种中以Favorita最高,分别是94.8%和1.9;不同氮源中,以谷氨酰胺为氮源时3个品种的微型薯的诱导频率和每个芽上的平均微型薯数较高,其中Favorita最高,分别是96.7%和2.1;Influence of carbon sources,maltose,sucrose,and lactose,and nitrogen sources,KNO 3,(NH 4) 2SO 4,and glutamine on microtuber formation of Hutao,Kesi and Favorita as well as kinetic change of sucrose concentration and conductivity in liquid medium were investigated.The results showed that induction frequency of microtuber and mean number of microtuber per shoot were higher on medium with maltose as carbon source,Favorita among three genotypes had the highest induction frequency of microtuber and mean number of microtuber per shoot,94.8% and 1.9,respevtively.Induction frequency of microtuber and mean number of microtuber per shoot were higher on medium with glutamine as nitrogen source,Favorita among three genotypes had the highest induction frequency of microtuber and mean number of microtuber per shoot,96.7% and 2.1,respectively.Sucrose concentration and conductivity decreased to the lowest point in the 18 th day of culture.
