摘　　要：照片档案是档案工作中一个重要组织部分,特别是学校照片档案,记载和反应了学校的发展历史、全宗的变更,以其简单、直观、生动、真实的独特风格对外展示着学院的发展变迁,同时对学生起着宣传、教育、了解学院历史的重要作用。Photo file is an important part in the file work,especially the photo files of a school,which record and reflect the developing history of a school and the changes,presenting the development and variance of the school simply,directly,vividly and actually with a special style,the meanwhile,playing an important effect on publicizing,educating and understanding the school history to the students.
