摘 要:针对多产品的生产/再生产混合系统的逆向物流库存控制问题,在假定允许缺货、需求和回收均为动态的情况下,建立有限时间域内总成本最小的优化模型。采用最大值原理分析求解该模型,并以回收品库存和可服务品库存特征将最优决策分为不同的时间段来考虑问题。结果表明,不同的时间段之间的最优决策可以相互转换,它为混合系统的库存控制提供了决策依据。A recovery system of manufacturing/remanufacturing for multiple products was investigated.Backlogging was granted with dynamic demands and returned rates.An optimal model was established by minimum total costs in a finite planning horizon, which was resolved by the Pontryagin′s maximum principle.The optimal recovery policy could be divided into different time phases which were characterized by returned inventory and serviceable inventory.The results showed that the optimal policy could be exchanged among these time phases.The optimal model provided decision-making basis for the joint system.
