摘 要:目的检测抗癌1基因(Kang Ai 1,KAI1)和上皮性钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin,E-cad)在乳腺浸润性小叶癌(ILC)中的表达,并分析其临床病理学意义。方法应用免疫组织化学PV-9000法检测66例乳腺浸润性小叶癌及30例良性病变组织中KAI1和E-cadherin的表达情况。结果KAI1、E-cadherin在乳腺浸润性小叶癌与良性病变中的表达差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ILC中KAI1的表达与患者年龄及组织学分级有关(P<0.05),E-cadherin的表达与组织学分级有关(P<0.05),而与临床分期及淋巴结转移等其他临床病理因素无关(P>0.05)。结论KAI1和E-cadherin在癌组织中的阳性表达低于良性乳腺组织。KAI1和E-cadherin在乳腺浸润性小叶癌中的表达与肿瘤的分化程度有关。Objective To detect the expressions of KAI1 and E-cadherin in breast invasive lobular carcinoma and explore their clinic-pathological significances.Methods The immunohistochemical PV-9000 staining technique was used to detect the expressions of Kang Ai 1(KAI1) and E-cadherin in 66 cases of breast invasive lobular carcinoma and 30 cases of benign lesions.Results The expressions of KAI1 and E-cadherin were significantly different between breast lobular carcinoma and benign lesions(P〈0.05).The expression of KAI1 in breast invasive lobular carcinoma was correlated with age and histological grading(P〈0.05).The expression of E-cadherin in breast invasive lobular carcinoma had correlation with histological grading(P〈0.05),but both KAI1 and E-cadherin were not correlated with other clinic-pathological factors such as clinical staging and lymph node metastasis(P〉0.05).Conclusion The positive expressions of KAI1 and E-cadherin in breast carcinoma is significantly lower than those in benign lesions.The expressions of KAI1 and E-cadherin in ILC are related with histological grading.
