激光泪道成形联合术治疗少数民族鼻泪管阻塞的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察并评价激光泪道成形联合术治疗少数民族鼻泪管阻塞患者临床疗效。方法对我院2006年3月～2009年3月收治少数民族鼻泪管阻塞50例(86眼),随机分为2组,对照组25例(44眼),单纯用激光泪道成形术,治疗组25例(42眼),应用激光泪道成形联合术。结果术后随访1年,治疗组总有效率为78.57%,对照组总有效率为56.88%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论激光泪道成形术联合药物灌注及硬膜外管置管对少数民族鼻泪管阻塞患者是简单、有效的方法。Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effects of combined therapy on laser canaloplasty in the treatment of the minority patients with obstruction of nasolacrimal duct.Methods During March 2006～March 2009,the total cases of 50（86 eyes）of the minority patients with obstruction of nasolacrimal duct were divided in two groups randomly.The observed group,25 patients（42 eyes）were treated with laser canaloplasty only;the treating group,25 patients（44 eyes）were treated with laser canaloplasty combined with drug poured into and extradural duct.Results All the patients were followed up and check 1 year,the total effective rate of the observed group was 56.88%,the total effective rate of the treating group was 78.57%,the comparison of the medical effectiveness of the groups had statistics meaning,and the treatment group overmatch the observed group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laser canaloplasty combined with drug poured into and extradural duct is a simple and effective method for treating the minority patients with obstruction of nasolacrimal duct.
