摘 要:针对大小涡轮相继增压系统的两条切换转速线进行了外特性工况的瞬态切换试验,试验结果显示控制阀门同时开闭会出现压气机喘振和发动机进气波动大等问题,通过分析切换过程中相关性能参数的变化情况,总结出了外特性工况瞬态切换过程中阀门的最佳开闭规律:由小增压器(TC)切换至大TC时,以阀门2的开启时刻为基准,阀门1滞后1.1s开启,阀门3滞后1.3s关闭;由大TC切换至小TC时,以阀门4开启时刻为基准,阀门3滞后0.9s开启,阀门1滞后1s关闭;由大TC切换至大小2TC时,阀门3比阀门4滞后0.3s开启;而由2TC切换至大TC时,阀门3比阀门4滞后0.3s关闭。最后,通过进一步试验确定了不同负荷下的阀门切换规律。Switching strategy of the sequential turbocharging(STC)system with two unequal-size turbochargers was investigated in this paper.The transient switching experiments on the full load operation of the switching speed-lines were performed on diesel engine matched STC system with unequal-size turbochargers.The experimental results showed that the surge would be occurred in compressor and large variation of intake pressure of diesel engine would present when valves synchronously open or close.The optimum opening and closing orders of valves were obtained based on the analysis of the correlative parameters in switching experimental processes at full load operation.Switching from small TC to large TC,based on the opening time of valve No.2,the valve No.1 was opened with a lag 1.1 s and valve No.3 was closed with 1.3 s lag;from big TC to small TC,based on the opening time of valve No.4,the valve No.3 was opened with a lag 0.9 s and valve No.1 was closed with 1 s lag;from big TC to 2TC,valve No.3 opening time was later 0.3 s than valve No.4;from 2TC to big TC,valve No.3 closing time was later 0.3 s than valve No.4.Finally,using the similar method,the switching principle of valves at various loads was confirmed.
