摘 要:内能源式FORC缓冲装置为液、气耦合系统。其虚拟样机的开发过程分为3个阶段,分别是仿真系统设计,模型建立和仿真驱动。按耦合方式,将联邦成员设计为膛底压力成员、液压成员和气压成员。并在COSIM环境下建立各个成员的静态结构和动态行为模型,在Creator环境下建立三维实体模型。经过成员模型封装后组建成一个分布交互式仿真系统,在仿真驱动中获得仿真曲线。仿真结果表明,分布式交互仿真技术可以有效地支持虚拟样机的开发与仿真,对提高火炮武器系统的研发效率具有重要意义。The internally powered FORC buffer is the coupling system of liquid and gas.The developing process of the virtual prototype is divided into simulation system design,model establishment and simulation driving.The federal members are designed to be chamber bottom pressure member,hydraulic member and air pressure member according to coupling mode.The static structures and dynamic behavior models of every member are established in COSIM environment.3D entity models are builded up in Creator environment.The simulation curvesare obtained by simulation driving.The results of simulation show that the distributed interactive simulation technology can support the virtual prototype developing effectively,while the artillery weapon system developing can then be promoted greatly.
