企业自主创新中知识产权风险预警过程研究

摘　　要：企业自主创新过程中伴随着知识产权风险,对知识产权风险进行预警对于保护企业的自有知识产权与提高企业自主创新的积极性具有重要作用。首先分析了企业自主创新中知识产权风险预警机制的4个要素,然后分析了知识产权风险预警过程的6个环节,进而分析了预警过程与预警机制各要素之间的关系。It is unavoidable that intellectual property risk takes place in independent innovation of enterprises, so doing early warning for intellectual property risk is very important for protection of enterprises＇ own intellectual properties and arousing enterprise＇s enthusiasm of independent innovation.This paper firstly analyzes four components of early warning mechanism for intellectual property risk in independent innovation, and it analyzes six steps of early warning process for intellectual property risk and the relationships between early warning mechanism and early warning process for intellectual property risk.This paper may give guide to enterprises for their decision-making and help them control intellectual property risk, and then improve their core competitive capability.
