GuttaFlow进行根管充填后近期疼痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的通过临床对照研究,采用单盲法评价GuttaFlow充填系统进行根管充填后疼痛发生情况。方法将需要进行根管治疗的286例患者随机分成2组,各143例。分别采用GuttaFlow常温流动牙胶加牙胶尖(试验组)和氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶尖(对照组)进行根管充填,观察术后2d和1周内疼痛发生情况。结果试验组治疗后疼痛程度及持续时间均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用GuttaFlow常温流动牙胶充填可减少术后疼痛的发生。Objective The aim of this study was to assess the GuttaFlow root canal filling system in reducing pain occurrence associated with root canal therapy by using single-blind method.Methods The teeth of the need for root canal treatment were randomly divided into two groups,using GuttaFlow plus gutta-percha point（experimental group）and zinc oxide-eugenol paste plus gutta-percha point（control group）for the root canal filling,respectively.Observed the occurrence of pain after two days and one week.Results There were statistically significant differences between and control group（P0.05）.The degree and duration of pain in experimental group was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Root canal filling with GuttaFlow flow at room temperature gutta-percha can reduce the incidence of pain after root canal therapy.
