摘　　要：民国时期,江西的留学生事业得到发展,从民国初年江西省内自行举行公派留学生的选拔考试,到根据教育部的有关规定,江西省一系列留学生考试与管理的法规和文件的颁布实施,江西的留学生考试与管理逐步走向规范化、制度化。为江西乃至全国的社会政治经济发展选拔了人才,也为今天人才的选拔和管理提供了借鉴。During the Public of China,Jiangxi＇s overseas students undertaking began to develop.From the early republican time when Jiangxi itself held selection examinations for overseas students to the relevant previous by the ministry of Education,Jiangxi＇s overseas students examination and management were gradually standardized and institutionalized,which is still a reference3 for today＇s selection and management of talents.
