摘　　要：本文回顾了图书馆学成人在职教育发展状况;介绍了国家图书馆的成人在职教育工作;探讨了图书馆学成人在职教育工作的培养目标。This article reviews the developing status of the library science in-service education for adults, and introduces the National Library＇s in-service education for adults. It also explores the training goal of the library science in-service education for aduhs.
