摘　　要：我国许多研究型大学出现了忽视本科教学的现象,使得本科教学一些问题突出。美国麻省理工学院(MIT)经过几十年的探索,形成了独具特色的本科教育风格,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。本文借助阐述MIT本科教学活动的多元考核、及时反馈、重视实践等突出特点,得到了一些对于完善研究型大学本科培养模式的有益启示。Many disadvantages of the teaching methods for undergraduates appear in research-oriented universities due to the neglect. Massachusetts Institute of Technology （MIT） owns its special teaching methods for undergraduates through its study of decades,and has achieved marvelous achievements. This article explains the outstanding characteristics of the teaching methods for undergraduates of MIT,which includes its multi-assessment,timely feedback,research and practice,and gives some suggestions for perfecting the cultivation model of the research-oriented universities.
