摘　　要：医学教学改革的重点是课程改革,而课程改革的重点是评价体系的改革。针对目前高等医学院校课堂教学评价体系中常见的几方面问题：课堂教学评价形式呆板、内容片面、方法单一,提出应重视学生平时学习过程及全面发展,确立一个既关注教师,又关注学生的课堂教学评价体系。同时,从对教师和学生评价标准以及学校对评价结果处理三方面提出了相应对策。The focus of medical teaching reform is curriculum reform,which in turn focuses on the evaluation system reform.In view of common problems in teaching evaluation system at medical colleges and universities,i.e.,dull form,one-sided content and monotonous method of classroom teaching evaluation,the paper proposes a classroom teaching evaluation which emphasizes students＇ routine learning process and overall development and gives concerns to both the teacher and students.Then it puts forwards solutions in evaluation of the teacher,evaluation of the students and the university＇s handling the evaluation results.
