摘　　要：结合实践介绍了大规模多路并发的数字化手术示教系统设计方案。主要对系统功能设计、结构设计和技术实现进行了讨论,并综合运用网络技术和多媒体技术实现了基于IP网络的手术示教视音频双向实时传输和交互。通过教学应用,表明系统具有图像清晰、并发流畅、自动备份、操作简便和管理规范等优点,为临床手术技能培训和管理提供了现代化的手段。This article describes the design scheme of a large-scale multi-channel concurrent digital operation teaching system.The paper mainly discusses the function design,structure design and technical implementation of the system.We have achieved a two-way real-time transmission and interaction of video and audio in the operation teaching system through the use of network technology and multimedia technology based on IP network.Its application in teaching shows that the system has many advantages,such as clear images,smooth concurrent,automatic backup,simple operation and standardized management.This system also provides a modern means of clinical surgical skills training and management.
