摘　　要：介绍了Image-Pro Plus软件的图像分析功能,它对角膜愈合面积可进行精确的测量,这种精确的量化测量对于临床上衡量角膜上皮愈合率和上皮生长速率等指标都具有重要意义。该软件可以广泛应用于药物药效研究、角膜接触镜应用研究、准分子激光角膜手术效果评价、角膜碱烧伤等应用领域。The paper introduces the image analysis function of Image-Pro Plus software,which can make precise measurement of healing area of wounded cornea.Therefore,this precise quantitative measurement is of great significance in clinically measuring the healing rate of wounded corneal epithelia and growing rate of corneal epithelia.Image-Pro Plus software can be widely applied in research on drug effect and contact lens application,evaluation of photorefractive keratectomy,and corneal alkali burn.
