摘　　要：医学动画以其生动的画面效果成为教学的重要辅助手段之一。教学中对动画的需求也愈来愈多,为了满足日益增长的动画需求,扩大动画制作队伍,文章结合实践,介绍了在医学生中挑选和培养医学动画制作人员的方法及其注意事项。As one of the important aids in teaching,more and more medical animations are needed in medical teaching because of their vivid pictural effects.To meet the increasing needs,it is necessary to recruit more medical animation producers.The article briefly introduces the methods of selecting medical students and training them to make medical animations as well as issues that deserve attention.
