摘　　要：目的评价种植体支持的太极扣附着体固位覆盖义齿的临床应用及其效果。方法2006年11月至2008年11月,完成种植体支持太极扣附着体固位的覆盖义齿修复26例。男性16例,女性10例,年龄46～75岁,平均60.5岁。本组共使用57枚种植体。随访时间6～30个月。随访期间采用临床检查和X线检查评估。结果55枚种植体植入过程中未发生感染和神经损伤等并发症;覆盖义齿固位效果良好,达到患者对义齿功能和美观的要求;患者清洁基台和义齿方便,疗效满意。2枚种植体戴义齿2年后脱落,其余种植体骨结合状态稳定。结论种植体支持的太极扣附着体固位的覆盖义齿临床效果可靠,制作方法简单,便于患者清洁基台和义齿,适合老年无牙颌患者的修复。Objective To evaluate the clinical use and efficacy of implants-supported sterngold presicion attachment overdenture. Methods From November 2006 to November 2008, 26 cases with edentulous jaws received implant-supported sterngold precision attachment overdenture. Among them, 16 patients were male and 10 female, with a mean age of 60.5 years （46-75 years）. In total, 57 implants were used. The patients were followed up by clinical checkup and radiography during a length of 6 to 30 months. Results No infections, nerve or sinus damage or other sequelae occurred in 55 patients. The overdentures were stable which well met the needs for good functioning, cosmetics and easiness in sanitary purpose except for two implants lost because of overloading during follow-up. The remaining implants achieved successful osseointegration. Conclusion Implant-supported sterngold precision attachment overdenture appeared to be clinically reliable, easy to produce and clean, and especially suitable for elderly with edentulous jaws.
