从传统民本、西方人本到以人为本的理论嬗变——论科学发展观的理论内核

摘　　要：文明的发展促进理论的嬗变。民本思想在中国传统文化中源远流长,对当代的发展观念仍然有不可或缺的影响;西方人本观念的积极成果对马克思主义的发展无疑起到了奠基作用,人的全面发展就成为唯物史观追求的目标;结合中国国情与时代的需求发展马克思主义,中国共产党人不懈的探索促成了以人为本的科学发展观的产生。The development of civilization promotes the evolution of the theory. The idea of being people-oriented has a long tradition in Chinese culture, and it is still essential to the contemporary development concept; achievements from the western human-oriented concept play a basic role in the development of Marxism undoubtedly, and the all-round development of human being has become the goal of historical materialism; based on China＇s conditions and the changing needs for the development of Marxism, the Chinese Communists＇ unremitting exploration leads to the birth of a people-centered scientific outlook on development.
