摘　　要：CRP是社区资源计划(Community resource planning)的简称,对社区而言,CRP涉及资源建设、学习支持服务和社区政务支持服务功能的一体化方案。社区成员的学习理念、社区信息化技术的应用水平、社区学习资源体系和服务体系的成败,是CRP理念下学习化社区成功的条件。学习化社区网络资源建构要体现终身学习理念、大教育理念、主题学习资源设计、协作与共享等基本原则。学习化社区网络资源的服务内容是广泛的、多层次的,服务方式是多元化的,学习化社区教育模式需要运行机制和保障机制的创新。CRP stands for Community Resource Planning. In terms of community, CRP is an integrated plan which involves resources construction, the support services of learning and community affairs. The success of learning community construction lies in the learning concept of the community members, the application level of the community information technology, the success or failure of learning resources system and service system. The construction of learning network resources should reflect such major principles as concept of life-long learning, concept of general education, resources design of theme learning, coordination and sharing. The service content of learning community network is wide and multi-level ; and its service ways are diversified. The mode of learning community education calls for the innovation of operating mechanism and safeguard mechanism.
